  Worst customer service. Bad for anyone bad for family. I guarantee you the most classy places in ITALIA is cheaper and better than this stupid staff. اسواء خدمة واسوأ موظفين استقبال. واسعار مبالغ فيها التاريخ. Go Europe.

  Worst room service ever, to order one thing i had to call them more than 3 times. I called them 6 times for the food menu and I didn’t get it yet

  Finally a real resort in jeddah! Simply enchanting but the only downside is no hot water in the showers other than that I loved every moment of it♡
