  Good hotel for the price paid. The hotel is near to Haram. Lift service needs improvement. Stayed in the hotel for 6 days with family.

  It's hotel very near to Haram / Kaba , around 300 meter away from Kabah King Abdul Aziz Gate. Hotel quality is like as a two star hotel. Room service is not good and you will get a Room service after 4 or 5 days ... It's very disappointing. No facility for dine in and laundry service also. But you can get restaurant very near by within 5 minutes walking distance. Hotel staffs are not professional. Thank You.

  Pros -Near to haram - Near to shopping centers Cons - very small & congested rooms - only two small elevators that can carry only 7 persons each while there would around 20-30 persons in queue after prayer time - receptionist can't speak English very well Which means you can't communicate in case of emgs - toilets has weird sme which isn't bad smell as well as not a good smell. -not that value for money. -average accommodation facility. - can't cook inside the room . If you can overcome cons, it is a good place to stay

  Rooms are fine except ground floor room. Hotel administration is not good enough even they do not bother to help you if you have all documents in hand but forgot to show
