  NCB, specifically this branch, is the worst bank you could ever commit to. I've been trying to open an account for 1 week! Everytime I get the same goddamned answer: "our system is down (السيستم معطل)." Unbelievable. As a Saudi citizen I am appalled at the type of service our Banks offer. They have no regard for their Customers and don't know the first thing about Customer Service. Their employees are never polite, never smile and look as though they're about to commit suicide. Disgusting bank. Disgusting attitude. And most importantly, disgusting customer service. Obviously, I will be opening an account at another bank (that is most likely just as terrible). I have two words for these corporate fat-cats: Customer Service!

  As a Wessam customer you expect better service. I arrived at 3:35 pm and there wasn't a single CSR or Teller in sight. Working hours are until 4:30 pm. So I actually got no service at all!

  System down today. We did not open any new bank account today. Come tomorrow morning.
