  Worst branch i have been. Very poor service. Slow process and they choose their customer. Go to faysaleyah branch or balad. The staff there are better. Don't waste your time here

  We are waiting for almost 3 hours. The time is 2:30pm And our number is not yet called. We are here by 10:48am.And now. More people are waiting and they doing something we dont know. A training maybe and this is not the right time to have it. Then this is not good. The processing is STOP right now without telling us. And teller is only one on process and the staff are 4. Is this how you serve your customer. We wait for too long and now doing nothing and don't know if what time to be called. How many hours more to wait to call our number. 😠😠😠😠😡😡😡😡

  Worst customer service you can ever get pathetic they dont know how to speak to customers and also harrasing the people to send money every time even you send it.... Otherwise if u will not send they say ur card wil be blocked wat a bad service.... And also shouting on the customers even when u sitting for ur work besides them they are busy talking to each others no respect for us at all...

  Bad service of guard on duty 26-9-17,8am...instead of helping me, he shouted me and keep on calling using ncb telephone to a personal call.. disappointed 😬😬
