  One of the worst hotel in madeena zero maintenance they don't clean u r room for weeks after u complaints also no room service don't stay there if they give free also not worthy

  No blanket covers, no proper room service, no wifi, toilet flush isn't working regularly..

  Great hotel.. just 5 minutes walk to the masjid....

  Cockroaches in the room, lift doesn't work properly and most of the time over crowded. Hotel WiFi not working at all. Bathroom is old built but ok. Not very far from gate 6 of Haram.

  Cockroaches in the room. Toilets are damaged. Unclean water drops from the roof of the toilets. Room access cards works after five time swipes. I wish, management to improve their hospitality
