  Excellent & very much quick service to get your car registration ( Istamara ) card. Just go to left side of building then enter in a room also left side give your old car registration card after 5 minutes he will gave you new one.

  To renew istamara, go into the building from south door and turn left. Give him the old card and wait for 5 minutes he will make a new one. No English speaker is available here, however you just show istimara card to officer, they can understand and point you to the right direction.

  Istamara renew services were on ground floor and was really quick. Picture is added to show the door
