  Worst staff I’ve ever experienced. Booked through an agent due to peak season checked out the same day we went there. Money was stolen from our locker and extremely ill mannered staff. No help was offered.

  This place is just terrible,there is no cleaning in room's,rooms are filled with dead and alive insects,found other people's hair in the bed It's never cleaned,rooms are very small Suggest not staying in this hotel it's just terrible

  Proximity was extremely near to Haram - Rowda side. Ideal for male visitors however for females .. they may have to walk a lot. Rooms were decent however bathrooms left a lot yo be desired.

  Long hours of waiting just to get clarification No cleaners to clean our room. Little breakfast choices but the breakfast is good anyways. Very slow lift. Mostly had to take the stairs. Low range WiFi. Washroom hygiene not up to expectations Mostly nothing about this hotel was up to expectations. Al Ansar Golden Tulip Hotel is better than this and it's right opposite to it. This is just my points. It's a 50-50 or a 40-60 that people will agree or disagree with me.
