  Sometimes good sometimes bad, some Filipino counter staff is not cooperative and literally fights with patients, seems the term is changed to, CUSTOMER from PATIENT, they must atleast understand that we visit them due to sickness or for medical treatment not to enjoy PICNIC there.. Some doctors are really good, I just visit because of them...

  Worst service at this clinic specially by support staff but doctors are ok and for taking appointment its only one number 04645501 which hardly help the patients to book it. Its better to visit personally instead of keep on calling such a helpless IVR services they are providing being an old clinic in the city and make sure you have enough time to spare/waste there and later on regret.

  Great Doctor's and Staff. But building is very old, quality of treatment is really fantastic.

  This review is based on my experience with their ENT specialist named Janardanan. I was feeling very dizzy and the doctor was least bothered about my situation and he took only few minutes to diagnose that there was nothing in the ear that could cause such problem. Further, he was rude and was rushing throughout the whole time without even hearing much about my problem. I visited another hospital and I am feeling much better now . My adice would be to look for other doctors if you have specific ENT related problem.

  very poor service. i was trying to make appointment by call. But no body answered. even on appointments or customer service. Now going to change clinic. they are not like they were serving us before. worst clinic management ever seen.
