  On the 21st my wife brought a Ferre watch that she liked from this shop, before my wife purchased the watch the manager Abdel Rahman was very nice and respectful addressing her and advising her as his 'sister', she had some links taken out to make the watch fit her. Firstly they didn't tell her of the policy of when removing links that you cannot get a refund or an exchange. When she came home and showed me the watch I immediately hated it and felt it was not a little overpriced but massively overpriced. When the time came to return the watch on the 24th the manager first of all stated that we were out of the refund window by one day as it was now four days since we purchased it!!! Then to add insult to injury he said that once the links had been removed that there was nothing that could be done in terms of refund or exchange!!! Later on he then twisted the policy stating he couldn't offer a refund but to help us out he could offer an exchange on equal or greater value, which I would like to add was against the company policy in the first instance. If he really wanted to help, he should have told my wife about taking the links out or if he was going to twist the policy to then offer us a full refund which is what we went to the shop for in the first place. Customer service is absolute zero after you have paid for the item. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from here, and if you do be aware of the small print in the terms and conditions.
