  The worst experience, they made me wait for 30 mins eventhough i came on time with an apointment! Such a waste of time! Pathetic service!! Alhmdolilah JEAN LOUIS DAVID exists!!

  The salon is very clean and beautifully kept and the quality of the service is generally good; however when the service is bad.. it is really bad! The management is not great at all and in all honesty it never has been since my first visit over 2 years ago to now, they are very argumentative, unprofessional and they have not grasped the idea of what good customer service actually entails, which is sad because in hindsight it spoils the experience. The staff is very pleasent but English is a problem, as most of the stylists do not speak the language very well and misunderstandings do occur, which are often not resolved properly due to poor management staff. Lately I feel that I will only visit if I know for certain that I will be booked in with one of the stylists (Jinky.. excellent and very talented) to avoid any issues, which seem to only occur if I tend to take a 'chance' and book with the hope that I will get someone who understands what I want and not what they think I want. If it was not for the issues outlined above the salon would be rated 5 stars.
