  Extremely mediocre staff, they just hire on reference basis and not according to merit. I have done M.Phil and my demo was great, but i didn't get hired probably because the women in charge were old, insecure ladies who felt threatened by a younger, more qualified candidate. They only protect their own personal, selfish interest.
