  They only have about 15 shopping trollies. Often you have to use a basket if you can find one. It is common to see women struggling with heavy baskets because of the lack of trollies. Often the stuff on special is finished (about 50% of the stuff I want). Minced beef is rarely available. A while ago I bought something in this panda and it was more expensive than labeled so I was entitled to a refund and to keep the product because of Panda's policy. I took the shelf tag, receipt and product to customer service. The saudi worker was very rude and ripped up the shelf tag in front of me and refused to give me what I was owed and would not tell me his name. Thankfully another staff member sort it out. A lot of the current staff are very good.
