  Just like every other pet store in riyadh , animals condition is very bad, not professional.

  Worst pet store. Should be renamed to "Pets Hell." Our sweet little cat was misdiagnosed and had to get her eye removed (which of course we did at Elite because we don't want her to die!). Steer clear of this place if you don't want your pets to be killed. احذروا من "جحيم" الحيوانات

  As pet shops go in Saudi, Pets Oasis was clean and well stocked, the animals in the store were in clean enclosures, although some should have been bigger for the size of dog within, all appeared to be in good health. The staff were polite and very helpful.

  If you appreciate shop are well designed, hygienic, friendly expreinced sttaf, with professional doctors, on call shop manger, high-tech equipments, shower and grooming rooms, then this your place. bought a cat there, after a day it got sick, took it back to them and the doctors and shop manager handled it with a human and professional way, they where very understanding and kind enough to give me the choice to het another healthy cat or to refund. I Highly recommend this place.

  Good but dont have alot of varieties big place should have more animals
