::Clean and affordable place in Riyadh, very good location, but very poor furniture and room facilities.

::The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. The location is good enough since it is close to the city downtown. The room rates are reasonable when you compare it to similar establishments. Breakfast is included in the price of the room which is excellent by any standards. Lastly I have enjoyed my stay here and probably this will be my place of choice if I ever decided to visit Riyadh again in the future.

::Need some update like new furniture. Staff are friendly and nice. The breakfast was really good, fresh and healthy.
