  Clean, it’s staff is dazed out, comfy chairs, poor selection of food and beverages, horrible American coffee, Arabic coffee is pretty good... oh and WIFI doesn’t work

  Being stocked outside the boarding control as I’ve arrived early to my flight, what’s the concept of the lounge if I can’t access unless I check in. On the other hand; you can’t check in unless 1 hour before the flight and the online check in is conditional to the baggage handling. It’s too disappointed as I thought I could have a break and finalize some emails while I’m early to my flight.

  One of the worst business lounge in the world, staff is so untrained and rude that one can't tolerate to enter. Seats are limited while is pathetic... Besides business category they are charging 40 USD for one person and that just for 2 hours.... Come on man. Grow up.... If a I have a 5 hours transit which means I have to pay then 90 USD... Waoow

  One star if compared globally but three stars compared to local lounges. Nice and comfortable seats but food and drinks are limited and low quality

  Poor quality lounge despite its recent makeover. Always busy as it's a shared airline lounge with often low seating availability despite its size. F&B options are not very good.
