  Products are the best although not everything is available and they can not order anything for you from the website.... I hate alshaya company and it's insulting costumer service. If this was anywhere else in the world I would be treated like a queen for the prices I am paying. Instead you get ignorant staff, ambiguous delivery times and NO backup service at all. No disassembly or relocating, no warranty of any kind and no maintenance...just you and your pretty furniture 😒😒

  Staff are friendly and very helpful, some of them just need a bit more product information other than that it was a great experience.

  Terrible customer services policies. Some of the staff are Very nice and helpful but overall the service is extremely terrible and slow. Disrespectful time schedules! My time and money has been wasted terribly and I would not recommend it to anyone. Products are high quality and most of them are nice but still way over priced which would've been acceptable if the service was okay. I visited two branches the other in Red Sea mall and its even worse than Tahlia's.
