  Too much members more than capacity ... very small swimming pool .. old and used machines repainted ... bad punch entrance machine ... very long in comfortable stairs ... in cross fit area have only one weight for all the tools/balls/bad smell in washrooms ....

  New branch open in 2017. It has sea view. It is open at 5 am.

  A very good gym. Coaches are very cooperative and they care for your progress in training. Good machines The place is well decorated and maintained. I actually have fun every time i go there.

  Good trainers at Dammam Cornish branch very small n shallow swimming pool. All good conditioned machines moved to some other place. Aerobics sessions are very proffesional.

  First see and then decide. If you see your motives then it totally worth it. If you looking luxury then this is not the place. Captains are encouraging and keep you motivated, ask you why you look sad or bad lol.. that's what bring more value to a place; the welcoming hosts.
