::5 stars, all my pet needs in one place & free delivery to my doorstep! plus I’m happy to support them because not only do they sell all the pets supplies but they also have an animal shelter & people can adopt from them instead of buying. Would highly recommend.

::Buyer beware!!! The Idea is wonderful however once you leave the store you will not get anything your were promised. They will tell you whatever and once you leave the store will not deliver on anything. I adopted a cat from them and learned after taking the cat that it had not been fixed (Spayed). I learned this when the cat went into heat a week after taking the cat. I took the cat back to the store to ask them to have the cat fixed and they refused while the paperwork that they have (which they never gave me) says all animals leaving there will be fixed. I agreed to take the cat and have her fixed myself because the lady running the place said she would send me the number of her contact to get the procedure done at a discount, because I took the cat from her shop. I left with my cat and she never contacted me and ignored any attempt to contact her. The idea is wonderful and inshaAllah may all that help them gain blessing, however if you believe you are going to get good treatment be forewarned, you will not. Like most places in Saudi once you walk out the door whatever you have in your hand is what you will get so be sure you know exactly what you have and that you completely agree.

::I really like this place. This is my first time seeing store offer pets for adoption in Jeddah. Animals are not slaves to buy and sell them and treat them badly!! I hope to see more stores like this to take care of pets and not seeing them on the street.
