  Customer service is not the strongest point just like anywhere in Saudia as they treat non Arabs differently to Arabs (racist attitude) my check in was at 2:00pm but didn't got the room until around 4:00 pm after an argument as they gave rooms to two people came after me, overall hotel amenities were reasonable but hate the service, non Arab staff are professional and respectful (only reason rating the three otherwise it don't even deserve a star) avoid Arab staff if possible.

  Hotel has nice environment, staff is polite, location is very near to the Masjid Al Nabawi, dining is excellent.

  It was ok kind of dark and gloomy and it didn’t offer free breakfast internet was slow and location was very good
