::I am updating my review in light of amazing change to service standards. Since Qomra moved to their new location they’ve upped their service standards, maintained great working hours, and have been amazing with their replies to all my queries. As a Hasselblad / Profoto user, I need their services a lot when shooting in Saudi; and they’ve been amazing. Everything I’ve ordered has been supplied and at competitive prices. I only need to send a WhatsApp message for them to take action. I’m hence changing my rating from 1* to 5* ... yes, they are that good. Thank you Qomra, for this amazing change. =•=•=•=•= I have reservations about the service standards of this place, on many levels. Service quality is very poor, at best. Replies to phone calls are non-existent. Their opening hours are erratic ( I was there Saturday morning, and they weren’t open )! I could go on and on, but it would be a waste of my time. Bottom line is, I will never deal with them ever again .... will rather buy from abroad, pay brighter prices and wait longer for delivery, but at least I will get half decent service.

::They’re never open according to their various social media accounts. Instagram says they open at 4PM. Facebook another time. Their website a different time. One time, I waited from 4-6 PM and saw no fewer than 15 people go up to the store thinking it was open. Never mind the fact they never pick up the phone. I imagine it’s a great store with decent products... if it was actually open.

::Great place to find photography equipment from various brands. They always get new and unique gear. The guys there are super friendly and active and the shop looks amazing. Great coffee as well at the in-house coffee shop on the 2nd floor.
