::1.If u want to open a new account n ur time is limited then don't visit this bank they take 4 hours to open new bank account.... 2.Worst and pathetic service... 3.don't go to this bank after 6pm becoz they closed the door after 6. 4.If u want to update your mobile no. In this bank then it will take 2-3 hours for doing such a complicated task (for them) 5.worst exchange and transfer rate always low never expect good transfer rate...

::The worst service in Al Sanaya branch in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. They r selecting the people by country wise. They are giving first preference to Pakistan people. Me and my friend came for registration on afternoon still evening they are not calling us. People came after us are completed. Very very worst service in this branch. Please take care of this issues ASAP. Like this type of issues NCB spoiling their name only. Thank you
