::The Worse Ramada on Planet Earth. I Stayed three days in this hotel. The hotel was actually built to a 4 Star standard but since than it has not been maintained. Very poor housekeeping. The staff leaves trolleys in hall way blocking access to your room as a normal practice. I complained the first day and they moved their trolleys and next day they were there again. You would find removed bed sheets in the hallway. Room Service guys are untrained and have no customer services skills, they are rude and have no respect for the customers. Bed with spring hanging out of them. Filthy bed sheets. No where in the world you would be served in a chipped plate, but in this hotel you would. Sub standard food in the restaurant. Broken Furniture. No Concept of Health and Safety. Only good thing about this hotel is its location.

::Reviews can make or break things. Hence I am careful with them. Ramada or the chain of Ramada is usually good but this one was not at all taken care off. Room service is non existent, the price I paid was equivalent to other excellent hotels nearby like Pullman Zamzam. The breakfast and food was horrible. This "is a make shift hotel in my opinion and not a Ramada. I am sorry"

::During hajj season please avoid this hotel. We stayed after eid ul adha in this hotel. The rooms show wear, for example, we have a broken bed. the bathroom shows wear, the curtains are dirty and the airco has not been cleaned for ages, will make you sick guaranteed. But the worst is the food. It is open buffet, but actually it is not. They dont adjust the food to the amount of ppl eating. The first hour the queue is till the lobby, the last hour nothing is left, hence the queue. When you are late, you are left in the dark..with an empty stomach. For a hotel like this, yoi expect some service in tjw lobby, but we moved to the hotel next door for some coffee and tea. The lobby is just some chairs and couches. There is no internet in the rooms, only in the lobby, which only works if there are not too many ppl connected to it. Bright side, they are not greedy with fresh towels and the toilet paper is good quality.
