  They have good deals on marriage gifts. All the electronic package like TV, Refrigerator and other stuff bit only from well reputed companies that don't have their own showrooms here in Riyadh .

  Poor attention and misbehavior. I was visited ALJ electronics at Dabbab street, and manager was busy on a call and his sales mans are busy with smart phones. When i asked about one of dishwasher, saying that i had seen in your website some models can you show me, manager replied by holding a telephone on his hand , you can go and bring model no. from internet !!, see how is his attention, even he didn't called his sales men to attend my inquiry, i was become angry and told him that i came to see physically the machines , then a sales man (arabic speaking) came. On last Friday i was purchased a machine without warranty card and a hand written invoice was provided in very bad writing, they told me that tomorrow they deliver and a technician will call you for installation. Saturday they delivered but still machine not installed i mean no technician called. ALJ electronic has to arrange an customer satisfaction survey so that they can evaluate their employees.
