  I stayed there during Ramadan. Great value for money. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Free car parking is available. They have good shuttle service.

  Their reception is very bad, calling many times until I give up ✋️😪 Calling to the reception is almost impossible, and when I asked for the basic requirements of the room, such as tea and cups etc. is not provided a reality, in addition some bathrooms have a bad smell and some air conditioning is disabled. I have more than this, but i think it's enough 👉😪 🔴 In brief: 5 stars booking service, after-booking service and payment 2 stars. This is my experience in Rajab, April .

  Great hotel for the price but with several pros and cons Pros: Room was okay, great bathroom with amazing water pressure. Cons: Room was not cleaned thoroughly, found food from previous guests in the fridge and there was some food drops beside the bed. Breakfast options are bad, tasteless and cold. and even though they were like 10 elevators, it took you 10+ minutes to get in one cause it stopped at every floor due to people pressing all the buttons due to them not being controlled by one computer.

  It has only two buses for transporting to Haram also a the reception employees are not welcoming for the notes and requestes epically the room cleaning employees

  It was a great stay. I liked the room most probably.
