  Definetely, the worst 4 star hotel I have been ever. Phone out of service or nobody wanted to pick up the phone. No towels , no curtains in the bathtub, short of toilet paper, Nothing in the mini bar, not even a bottle of water, where the tap water is not potable. Calling for Prayers INSIDE the hotel. Very bad restaurant service and quality. I selected this hotel because of the brand Rotana. I usually go to Rotana in Qatar and it is a really good experience, but definitely Rotana Jeddah gives Rotana brand a very bad name. In Europe this hotel would be a one o two star at the most.
