::The location is very good the rest is not worth more than 3 star. My room smelled of smoking and they told me its non smoking room for families. They had a family staying next room with 3 kids from 6 years above and they were screaming and shouting all through the night with loud tv on Even after my request to reception they did nothing about it. After a long day you want a bit of rest. The staff are useless. No room service. No cleaning. The toilet douche kept leaking and they didn't do anything about it. If you want location then go for it but if you want 5 star treatment then go somewhere else.

::The overall experience was good. However saying during Ramadan neant it was a whole different experience. My friend stay here frequently and she loves this hotel but this time the experience was hectic for both of us. The interior of the hotel is to a good standard and the Ramadan decoration were beautiful. They had a lovely traditional tent set up in the reception area. The problem we faces was when we arrived they stated that the hotel was fully booked even though we already paid. There were a few situations that that occurred that made communicating with the staff tiring. They would always refer us to another member of staff and so on till nothing was resolved. We were placed in a more expensive room after refusing to stay in another hotel which was great however when we arrived at the room it was not clean. Maybe staying outside Ramadan times would be different.

::The only good thing about this hotel is that it's so close to the Mosque of Nabi SAW. They do not clean the room or bathrooms, neither do they make the beds, if you do not insist that they do. On 1 given day, we phoned reception four times before housekeeping came to clean at 10pm at night. For what is supposed to be a 5 Star hotel, it leaves much to be desire. Staff understands English, but looks down upon Muslims who's mother tongue isn't Arabic. Way too arrogant for my liking.

::Nice well appointed place, very close to the Mosque but it's service leaves much to desire. The reception staff has difficulty in understanding English and being efficient. It took us more than an hour to get a porter to bring our luggage down. Additionally we were being charged twice for the same dinner until the catering manager intervened. But that can be due to the influx of guests arriving in hundreds. I would like to add that guests should be careful while ordering sandwiches because bacon may be used especially in the club sandwich which I noted in the restaurant menu.
