  I think the level and quality of food and service have gone down a bit, as far as Ruby Lounge is concerned. There were a lot of items from the menu that were unavailable, as basic as burgers and salads. Also desserts, only two items out of a listed eight were available, which when ordered was not really up to par with the expectation. A bit of a let down really.

  A very nice place with a very nice ambiance. The food is also great especially the steaks. Worth going. The location is also nice.
