  Good housing provider. Individual houses are very aptly designed.

  Low-cost compound. Pool is always clean, however gym exists only in theory as it’s in an abandoned state. Many villas are old and smell. Restaurant is OK and open most of the time, although usually empty. Its occasional parties are worth being there.
