::Worst banking service ever

::Literally the worst banking experience I have ever had. Despite having all preparatory documentation arranged and checked...the branch took 2 months to open an account requiring 8 seperate visits. Repeatedly told the wrong information and ended up with me having to fins a solution to their issue by approaching another branch. The lassaiz fais attitude and outright incompetence is an embarassment to the HSBC Group. I bank with 3 other banks and all three make SABB look like a farse. Avoid this branch...and by extension this bank like the plague.
