  Worst bank in the country. The branches only look good but have no customer service concept. They close accounts and block credit cards without ANY warning. Stay away and go with others.

  It's mostly not crowded, so fast service.

  Very Sloppy Service. Only 1 employee is At Desk Service whereas there are 4 Desk for Customer Services. Very Slow Service not efficient as well

  Totally miss leading data regarding working hours!!! Working hours 09:30 not 08:00

  The operation manager here helped me with my credit card problem, fast and efficient, friendly too. Good bank
