  Very poor service at this branch. I cannot believe that SABB was voted the best bank in Saudi Arabia. It surely can't be based on the service of this branch. Had much better service at the Sari branch and not even in the Premier section.

  With only one teller serving over 40 people! Wake up SABB! My only reason for dealing with SABB is that I have a locker with them. If I could find another bank offering me a locker I'll ditch SABB and go somewhere else. Poor banking, stay away from these. Surprisingly, NCB offers better service.
