  Low services and specially the employees are very slow. Lack of assistance.😞

  Very bad experience. They have forgot to forward my documents to the collection department until 2 months after my submission. The branch manager and other employees keep on said that I didn't submit the documents. But after visiting around 15 times, they have realized that 1 of their employees kept my documents in his desk. My account got blocked. I have visited the branch more than 20 times. Very poor service.

  I have been there. Well managed Bank. Staffs are cooperative. Takes less time than other bank.

  Lazy employees. Their "system" magically decides to stop saving important information. Takes a a handful of visits to completely settle any matter at hand.
