  Very small and does have multiple shops so expect an unusual traffic inside. Although being small and jammed could be an issue, it does offer multiple services as i mentioned before so it can be very good if you have the time. I suggest you check the Palm SACO Station 500m after this one but you are okay with not taking Ibn Baz bridge.
