  At walking distance from Haram. Room service is excellent. Hotel staff very cooperative

  Hotel is close to the Masjid and that's the best it's going to get. Rooms are very average and bathrooms are something out of the stone age. But Alhamdulilah. I will probably stay in the Movenpick next time.

  This hotel was brilliant. Room service was excellent (if you asked for 10 towels they would give you it in a blink of an eye).5 minute walk to masjid nabi. The bad things about the hotel was the food, which was uncooked. I would advise eating from other resteraunt. Wifi was good only in the lobby. But the worst thing about the hotel, was the small but cramped slow lifts. It was very painful if the doors went into you. It said you could fit 15 people but it felt you could only fit 5 skinny people. The major problem was the first day because the hotel staff said the booking was not on the system, because the travel agent didn't book it, so we stayed there for 4 hours on friday (jumah) and my dad paid from his own pocket £109 because we had a long journey and we're getting late for jumah namaz. Later that day we got a refund . There was a guy called Abdul Haq and he was very helpful as guided us on salaam times and where things are in the hotel. May Allah grant hime paradise and a long life. The other staff was very nice too. I would recommend this hotel.

  Love this hotel. Nice and clean and very close to Haram. Almost every Staff member speaks English and always ready to help. Will Stay again InshAllah.

  Value for money. The hotel is walking distance from masjid e nabwi. Rooms are good sized. Reception is helpful. Maybe not many options to eat inside from my one experience. But outside there are plenty of restaurants. One downside is that you cannot hear azan in the room as in case of other bigger properties.
