  Very friendly and cooperative staff. They provide a reduced price for monthly renting. Clean and refreshing entrance hall and good place to socialise, drink arabic coffee and to watch football. Suprep location with lots of amenities like Astra, laundry service, barbershop...etc. Also there are two malls within 10 min drive and fabulous Prince fahad walking park. I really recommend staying here. Some Cons to consider: although internet is free, it is slow, and generally mobile coverage is good/poor in Tabuk. There is neither washing machine (you can barrow one from the reception) nor oven in the apartments.
