  The waiting time is very long!!!! More than an hour! And there are few teller windows open. There should be a female branch or at least an office separated for female customers only.

  Bad service especially customer services, (mohammed harasani) (amro bakhsh) (abdulrahman meshrf) & (saif almalki) they are very rude ,you feel like no one want to help, the customer setvice manager not on his desk for more than 3 hours , my count # has approached from one employee to another then no one can help me after 3 oclock , bad service not like before at all ,I spend 3 hours to only open sub account from my original account on the same currency but looks like no one want to help at all , (feed your employee nuts they will become a monkey's)

  Use to be the best bank when it comes to day to day services and investing money. Suddenly they are not on the top anymore. The quality of the services decline also the rarely answer the telephone, and this is one major problem that they didn't solve. I have been a client with SAMBA more than 25 years and I wish they will get to the top again.
