  Samba Bank, according to me is not worth to use as a bank and doesn' deserve even one star. Terrible customer service and mostly incompetent staff. I've tried to make a personal loan from Samba Bank and after 3 months of "red tape", misunderstandings and burocracy, they still can't tell me if I've got a loan or not. Samba Panda branch in Riyadh has only one teller to help at least 30 people. So if you have enough time to sit for an hour or two to get to the teller, Samba is the bank for you. If you close your account they seem happy!! Good luck.

  If i could give it lower I would. They won't send money to credit unions. Also, I have tried to set up a beneficiary with a regular bank and it never works. Go Else where. I am.

  Large branch on King fahad road . It has priority service and ladies section

  There is nothing, absolutely nothing to like about this branch and this bank as such. Service is abysmally poor. They are getting rid of customers at best. How do these people survive? Elsewhere the branch manager and all the jokers there would have been thrown out long long back. I hope they close down and relieve people of the agony and misery of having to bank with them.

  Poor service only has 2 customer service counters and one of the staff is so slow in his handling of the work
