::Its posted that working hours from 8:30-5:30 but I went at 09:30am, still their offices are close. They don't know the inconvenience it gives people specially who were having minimal time in visiting the bank for very special reasons. They should follow what's been posted in their website so people won't feel embarrassed.

::Very bad experience even before I go there. I made calls many times, directly and through my friends, Guys were not able to tell me the office timings for Ramadan. they dont know the working hours of their own office? so pathetic.
