  Worst service ever of any bank branch in the world. You have to be ready to wait for at least 2 hour just for a simple service like getting your bank statement. Worst worst worst

  Used to be the best branch some 7 years ago, but unfortunately it's probably the worst branch at the moment. Even the Faiha branch is better than these guys! And I saw an employee smoke in this branch near the back end where the security guard sits. كان افضل فرع ٧ سنين قبل و لكن الان للأسف يمكن أسوأ فرع. حتى فرع فيحاء افضل من هنا. C'était la meilleure branche il y a environ 7 ans, mais maintenant c'est probablement la pire branche malheureusement.
