  Name sound Samsung but the people out here are so slow that no one wants to be there waiting for hours. If some one has spare 3 hours Minimum can visit.. response as usual very cold dull .

  Extremely poor service timings. Took about 3 weeks and above to change the screen of S8. I do not recommend them

  Don't go there! best thing is avoid (Samsung) product if you want to live a happy tension free life because they are very bad in customer support and service. They don't know English and even they don't give you satisfactory answer about your device or if you go for device repairs they take minimum 1 month for repair. So good luck if you are a victim.

  Super bad service. I wonder how Samsung is risking their reputation by making them their representatives. I chose 1 star since their can't be ZERO or lesser.
