  Very nice. Its staff is cooperative and effecient. They love Pakistan.

  This is actually a one star hotel, but the service is more like 4 star, staff are very friendly and kind. During dinner catering staff come to your table and ask if you need anything which is great. Although situated in a side street just off Ibrahim Al-Khalil street it's about 10 mins walk to Haram. Wifi on every floor, would highly recommend. Trip was booked via Al Haram Travel and Tours, 107 Old Road, Bradford, which seemed disorganised especially in regards to transport for Ziyarays and lack of interaction from the operator.
