  الادارة الحالية في نظري تركز على الكم وليس الكيف. الخدمة ابطأ واسوأ، الاسعار اكبر، والنظافة والاهتمام للادارة السابقة (المستشفى السابق) كان افضل مقارنة بالوضع الحالي لهذا المكان. تحديث.. اظطررت للتعامل مع طوارئ المستشفى من أجل اطفالي. الانتظار لرؤية الطبيب تجاوز ١٥ دقيقة على الرغم من عدم وجود سوى حالاتين فقط!! تعامل الاستقبال غير احترافي وايضا تعامل الممرضة سيء ولم تظهر اهتمام ورعاية وود مع الاطفال. مدير الطوارئ غير موجود منذ دخولنا وحتى خروجنا ولا يوجد من ينوب عنه. واضح جدا تذمر المرضى وبالطبع هناك تعامل سيء من بعض المواطنين الجهلة مع العاملين. نظافة مدخل الطوارئ عامة جيدة وكذلك الإضاءة والتكييف وتوفر المقاعد عن مدخل الطوارئ. غرفة الطبيب كانت ذات أرضية قديمة وتظهر الأوساخ عليها، كما أن رائحة الغرفة سيئة. الطبيب المعالج ذا خبرة جيدة واعطى وقتا كافيا لمناقشة الحالة المرضية مع النصائح التي يحتاجها المريض. اخيرا.. انزعجت جدا من الممرضة المناوبة والتي كانت تغني وبصوت عالي اثناء انتظارنا وكأنها في إحدى صالات الاوبرا!! شر البلية مايضحك على الرغم من وجود أطباء أكفاء الا أن الإدارة سيئة ومهملة وهذا واضح جدا من عدم تواجد المسؤول الاداري طيلة الساعة وربع أثناء تواجدي مع اطفالي. لا انصح وبشده زيارة هذا المستشفى ويتضح تدهور الاوضاع فيه كثيرا مقارنة بالماضي.

  poor management. no increase of salary.they will just drain you and no concern for the staff. almost all departments are lacking energy to work, special mention to nursing department in which the head hadeel, nice and bijjuu are just messing up. to all who wants to work in that poor management hospital, do not dare to try coz you will just regret in the end.

  It was a very good hospital when it was Ahmad Abanamy Hospital. Gradually it has become one of the worst hospitals in Riyadh. Last night, my kid was shivering with 40F temperature and we were just waiting in ER at 2:30am night. There were at least 6 to 7 more people were just waiting. Finally the doctor examined here and the medicine given to her were like if she is having minor cold & cough. Not recommended hospital. Today I will go to another hospital. I wish it could be same as Ahmad Abanamy Hospital. Note: Please don't ask me my contact details like from other reviewers. Try to increase your service level.

  One of the best hospitals, when I came in to get diagnosed I was treated well and respected, they also weren't late regarding their appointments. Also the doctors know what they are working with. Thank you so much. I recommend this hospital for everyone.
