  A Airport like Terminal for A Bus.. Yes. You heard it right. This SAPTCO bus terminal in Riyadh is almost the same to an airport. Departure/Arrival gates. Boarding information screens. Shopping stores on th terminals. But the buses.. ghosh... Looks good but they aren't. Very congested buses. Though semi sleeper but the person sitting behind will not have enough leg space and will ask you to push back your seat. Very inconvenient and uncomfortable for long journeys.

  better services but the speed of the buses are slow as per highway standards

  The guy in charge of printing a hard copy of my e-ticket made me make my 11am Riyadh to Dammam trip when it was already 11:05am. Big thanks to you. Terminal needs updating but can still do without. Same for the busses. E-booking is excellent. Just happy to see someone willing to go out of their way to help a passenger. So, 5/5.

  Amazing discount if you booked early. Saves you money. And no More hassle getting ticket or choosing the bus schedule.
