  I was disappointed from Saptco VIP bus as I was shown a different bus with extra room big seats while booking but actually it was a normal bus. Two ladies were sitting on our seats and they refused to change even on request of bus staff. So we have to change the seats. The lunch box provided was not actually lunch but small snacks that were not enough for filling stomach.

  موقع مليء بالنفايات بعكس مكاتب الvip في بقية المدن The location is full of waste/garbage, unlike VIP offices in other cities. للأسف بعض العاملين من الإخوة المصريين يتعاملون مع الراكب على أنه طالب مدرسة ويحثك مليا على الجلوس في مقعد هو يختاره لك للأسف رحلة الvip التي انطلقت بها من مكة للمدينة كان الكرسي مائل للخلف جدا والواي فاي كان غير فعال، بعكس الرحلة من المدينة لمكة كانت فخمة جدا Unfortunately, some of the Egyptians employees treat the passenger as a school student, and urge you to sit in a seat of his selection. Unfortunately, the VIP trip -- I've experienced -- that was launched from Makkah to Medina the chair was tilted very backward, and Wi-Fi was off, unlike the journey from Medina to Mecca which was luxurious.
