  Have had visit today to Saudi Airlines Office. Unfortunately, had to face a very arrogant staff member. Will not really prefer to go again here just to preserve my Respect !

  To be frankly, Their plane and food are not very bad, deserves 4 stars ( 2 long haul fights, 4 meals) But I can barely give 2 star for their poor customer service, chaotic boarding process and lack of beverages options. Like everyone else mentioned they only serve water with your business class meals. Tea and coffee only offered during dessert and breakfast. 3-4 juice options, offered once between meals. No cracker and nuts for snacks. Btw, their inflight wifi is a joke too, 90% of time no connection.

  Could implement best level of service But they intend to waste time and effort and money
