  The place is clean, organized and systematic. Staff is nice and professional. If you don't have a booked appointment, you can take a number and wait for your turn and waiting time is an hour or less. The great thing about laser is that they have many rooms and variable machines according to skin color and type of hair. The downside is their price is very high comparing to other clinics and to their branches in Jeddah and Riyadh! Better to get treatment during promotions.

  I went there for the chronic back pain and after I give up with physical therapy. Feng was excellent she did around 30 min Chinese message and I am feeling the difference . I will need more visit and I am looking for it to have the pain cured. . Thank you Feng!

  I live in the US and whenever I get the chance I come and visit my family in Dammam. I used to go to the clinic for laser treatment and unfortunately, they lack good morals and etiquette. This year I came to visit my sick mother I called twice for an appointment and then due to private circumstances I canceled and tried to get a third appointment. I always call to cancel if I can't make it, I don't like to just not showing up. Today the receptionist was so rude to me and was talking in a very unprofessional way. She should know if she was anywhere else in the world she can be terminated for this. She threw the phone to the nurse and started mumbling things, I was calm and asked for the manager but the nurse tried to handle the situation. This receptionist called me a liar when I told her I called and canceled before. I am going there and paying money to get a treatment, I could go anywhere else. I chose to go there, just because it is near my house. Am planning to file a complaint. And yes this time I will not cancel my appointment I will just go to talk to her but I will not use their treatment I choose to go to a far place with good and friendly staff rather than a close by with rude staff working to welcome their patients.

  Went there to consult the dietitian. Such a scam they hand you with a 1100 calorie sheet but if you calculate it they be like 600-700 calories.. all what they want is for you to lose weight regardless of your health, skin loosing, continuity and lifestyle. Their standard medical check is just your weight on the scale !!! Not only it is a scam but medically dangerous.

  most of specialists for acupuncture are gone, as management keep advising the doctors to provide gradual and slow improvements to gain maximum profits. stay away
