Website is faulty. Unable to get any useful information. Many pages show error. Can't login, sign up, inquire about previous membership or update anything. Very frustrating considering it represents "engineers" = reliable effeciency?!

Very bad service. Old phone numbers posted on their website and after finding the new number, they never answer. Tried calling on so many different times without any results. The information on their website is old and ambiguous (regarding the FE exam at least). For their high membership prices, you would expect at least some service. Really disappointing.
