  Very slow service, even though SP is trying to improve but still the convienace and fast service is the priority.

  Lazy people, they always says “system down,comeback tomorrow” even though the system is OKEY.

  The lost treasure, better you watch finding nemo, but don't try to find your package coz it will take for ever. I entered the branch on 2016 to pick up a package and finished on 2017, it took me 2 hours waiting, then my turn came, then they said plz come tomorrow

  Good Service provided that you keep tracking your shipment and know exactly where it moves around between Head Office and its branches
