::Bad customer service I had very bad experience with them

::I went here to take my delivery. Really impressed with the modern technique of picking up your delivery. It was like an ATM. I put my parcel no. and the PIN received in my mobile in a machine and the box of my parcel automatically opens up and that's it. No human Interaction.

::I received a message after 16hours of receiving the parcel in the office. I visited the office at 11 and the staff asked me to come back later when I receive a verification code on my cell. Once I returned home, I received the code, my 1 trip to the office was a total waste, they should try to give the parcel for people who come to collect personally instead of asking them to come back later and collect from ATM.

::I've been dealing with this branch for a year now and I might say they are doing their best in what they do. Yes, it is the usual hit or miss type of package pick up but none the less still good. I have no issues with package pick up since my online tracker is updating from time to time and sometimes it is the receivers fault of not checking the tracking of the package. For wasel deliveries (regular postal packages), you should wait for at least 1-4 days before you receive a call from the delivery man regarding delivery (yes I am a registered wasel user).
