  The real name of this building is King Road Tower. If you are going here for the first time, you must be aware that there is a system on how to ride the elevator. You must choose the floor where you intend to go from the small touch screen which is located approximately 2 meters away from the lift. you will be asked to choose either arabic or english language. Once you pick your desired floor number, there is a voice prompt that will guide you which lift number to ride. The place is well kept and clean. It is one of the taller buildings in Jeddah.
